Please follow the steps below to get started!

Click on the 'Program' page and download the program. The program is structured around 3 workouts a week. You will see that each exercise has the muscles worked, plus the sets, reps and rest periods between sets. Follow the program as closely as possible. I have included optional exercises, so if you find one tough, you can choose an easier one which suits your strength/fitness level. Just hoover the mouse over the exercise on the spreadsheet and if it has options, it will show up in a little comment box. 

Before starting the program, please watch the 'Technique' video as this is very important!

To learn how to perform a particular exercise, click on the 'exercises' page where you will find a list of all the exercises in the program. You can either scroll down to find the exercise or type it in the search box at the top.

Before starting your exercise, you will need to perform a 5 min warm up. This is also listed in the exercises page and titled 'Warm up'.
