BLOOD WORK

Many people will check their weight, but a proper blood test will tell you a lot more about your health than just the scales. I use Medichecks for this as i have found them to be good. They also have a decent report from a doctor telling you about the findings in your blood after the test is done. The graphic UI is also cool to see where you are with each marker.
